My journey into holistic, conscious-centered living was not born from convenience—it was a necessity. After being diagnosed with Graves Disease shortly after the birth of my second daughter, I refused to accept the labels and limitations placed upon me by the medical system. I knew in my spirit that there was another way.

 

What followed was a deep, relentless pursuit of truth—one that led me beyond the confines of Western medicine into a world of neuroscience, metaphysics, spiritual psychology, and holistic wellness. I sought wisdom not only in books and studies but through experience, applying these teachings to my own healing. I stand here today, not just surviving but thriving, as proof of what happens when we align with the divine intelligence within us.

 

This is my mission—to guide others in reclaiming their power, moving past what no longer serves them, shifting into alignment, and expanding into the fullness of their being.

Before stepping fully into my calling, I spent years in corporate leadership, shaping and empowering leaders at some of the world’s most responsible corporations, such as Starbucks and AT&T. I was known for my ability to see beyond surface-level strategies, diving into the depths of how systems truly impacted the most valuable asset—people. I was in the trenches, side by side with teams, ensuring transformation wasn’t just an idea, but a reality.

 

But I knew my purpose was bigger than corporate settings. My gift has always been in understanding people at their core, creating frameworks for transformation, and guiding others toward alignment—whether in business, leadership, or personal evolution.
